Over the past five years, we've grown into a prominent liberal nonprofit, captivating over 110,000 subscribers, launching a podcast series, and publishing insightful articles by renowned writers and thinkers. The Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in building upon this success, refining our strategic vision, and managing the day-to-day operations that keep Persuasion on track. As the Director of Operations, you'll take on these exciting responsibilities:
- Leading the Persuasion team and overseeing all operations, including finance, fundraising, legal, staffing, and administrative functions.
- Collaborating closely with our founder and editor-in-chief to set and pursue strategic goals while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinating with the editorial team to maintain the quality and consistency of written articles, podcast episodes, and social media presence across our publications, including Persuasion and American Purpose.
